Are any purchases final sale?
Most of our products are final sale. However, all items are covered by our 90-day warranty, so if a product breaks down or becomes inoperable, we will do our best to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible, with average deliveries from 1-3 days. Most of our PCs are prebuilt, but custom orders may take up to 1-10 days to prepare before delivery.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our PCs are built in-house by our team. We source high-quality parts from trusted suppliers, including Amazon, Newegg, Memory Express, and other reputable vendors, to ensure performance and reliability.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Winnipeg: Delivery is a flat rate of $15. Pickup is always free.
Outside Winnipeg: Currently we do not offer shipping outside of Winnipeg, but we will soon! Keep an eye out!
