Welcome to Picka PC. By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Orders

  • Most products are prebuilt and deliver quickly; custom PCs may take up to 2 weeks to prepare.

  • All PCs are built in-house using parts sourced from trusted suppliers, including Amazon.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within the city for a flat rate of $10. Pickup is free.

  • Delivery outside Winnipeg may be arranged, with fees varying by location—please contact us for a quote.

3. Returns & Warranty

  • All products come with a 90-day warranty.

  • Most products are final sale, but defective items covered by warranty may be repaired, replaced, or refunded if the issue cannot be resolved.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Picka PC is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from improper use of products.

  • We do our best to ensure accurate product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee exact matches.
