Prebuilt PCs: Most prebuilt PCs will be delivered appropriately for both the deliverer and customer after your order is placed.
Custom PCs: Custom-built PCs may take up to 2 weeks to prepare before shipping.

Delivery Areas & Fees

Within Winnipeg: Delivery is a flat rate of $10. Pickup is free.
Outside Winnipeg: Delivery fees vary depending on location. Please contact us for a quote.

We stand behind the quality of our products. All purchases include a 90-day warranty. If your PC is not working, or one of the parts fails, our team will do our best to solve the issue—whether that means troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.

We do not offer refunds or returns for orders. However, we do offer a warranty on all of our products

Most of our products are final sale. However, all items are covered by our 90-day warranty, so if a product breaks down or becomes inoperable, we will do our best to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.

We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible, with average deliveries from 1-3 days. Most of our PCs are prebuilt, but custom orders may take up to 1-10 days to prepare before delivery.

All of our PCs are built in-house by our team. We source high-quality parts from trusted suppliers, including Amazon, Newegg, Memory Express, and other reputable vendors, to ensure performance and reliability.

Within Winnipeg: Delivery is a flat rate of $15. Pickup is always free.

Outside Winnipeg: Currently we do not offer shipping outside of Winnipeg, but we will soon! Keep an eye out!
